This position is 100% onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD. (Must be local to DC, MD, VA).

Due to Federal Government Security Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizenship, and must have an Active DOD Secret Clearance.

PRISM seeks a Backup & Recovery Administrator to ensure our critical data's integrity, availability, and security. In this role, you will use Tivoli to manage storage infrastructure (SAN), optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, implement security, plan capacity, and oversee backup/recovery procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain storage infrastructure (SAN).
• Monitor/optimize storage performance.
• Manage storage technologies (Fibre Channel, RAID, virtualization) and tools (EMC Unisphere, IBM Storage Manager).
• Provision storage resources.
• Troubleshoot storage issues with teams and vendors.
• Implement/maintain storage security (access controls, encryption).
• Conduct storage capacity planning.
• Create/maintain storage documentation.
• Manage storage media inventory and off-site processes.
• Maintain backup delivery procedures and off-site media readiness.
• Manage and administer Tivoli backup/recovery.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Required:

• Fully Adjudicated Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• 7+ years of experience as a storage administrator or with related experience.
• 5+ years Tivoli experience.
