Fish Window Cleaning is seeking a results-driven individual to join our team as a Business to Business Sales Representative. Selling for the largest window cleaning company in the country, the Sales Representative will manage the business-to-business sales process including customer service, street bidding, follow up calls, closing deals, and relationship building. The primary focus of the sales representative is to further develop our commercial route business with repeat customers in Traverse City and the surrounding area. Our team enjoys working in a friendly, yet fast-paced, atmosphere as well as the job flexibility.

The Sales Representative is a seasonal position, typically April - November, and has the option of a full-time or part-time schedule.

COMPENSATION INCLUDES BASE PAY + COMMISSION
TYPICAL SCHEDULE: APPROXIMATELY 20-40 HOURS/WEEK

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquire new business through face-to-face sales process.
• Follow-up phone calls to key contacts made during direct sales.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals to meet.
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made.

• Good writing skills
• Motivational skills to lift the morale of the team whenever necessary
