JWB Contractors is hiring for an civil construction project manager with industry experience. As a company we do ground down construction: pipe laying, grading, mass earthwork, etc.

The desired applicant will be responsible for the following

Coordination of work with superintendents, other employees in the field, other management within the company, other subcontractors, general contractors, project owners, and any other persons required for job completion.
Understanding of civil construction plan sets.
Ability to perform necessary preconstruction steps to fully understand plan sets.
Ability to create comprehensive takeoffs and bids that fully represent the work required to complete a project within our scope.
Communication with vendors to ensure correct materials are acquired for job completion.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 80,000.00 120,000.00 Per Year
