Clinical Supervisor (LICSW/LMHC)

A Clinical Supervisor is needed in Chicopee, MA.

• Salary – $70,000K – $75,000K based on experience

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm) – rotating on call
• Occasional need to be available after hours for clinicians
• Conduct and oversee clinical evaluations for children and families receiving in-home behavioral health services.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure effective case management
• Plan and implement ongoing training and educational programs to support staff growth and enhance service quality

Requirements

• Clear and Active LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Clinician) in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• Experience in family interventions required
