We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven  Sales Representative to join our growing team and help shape the future of commercial spaces.

About the Role

Whether you're new to commercial flooring or an industry veteran, we’re ready to coach you on our process—what we need from you is strong organization, excellent communication, and a drive to succeed.

From complex flooring projects to creative client solutions, no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in managing the sales cycle from initial bid review through to project completion, building lasting partnerships along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret tender packages for commercial flooring opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess project scope and requirements
• Prepare and submit compelling tender responses for general contractors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and interior designers
• Identify new market opportunities and grow your client base
• Support projects from bid award through to successful completion
• Stay attuned to interior design trends and client needs

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for site visits and meetings
