Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on active job sites
  • Coordinate with estimating, project management, and design staff
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections

  • Serve as the face of the company to homeowners and vendors
  • Ensure all work meets AR Homes' standards of excellence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience (not commercial)
  • Must own a reliable truck suitable for transporting materials and tools
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable in a small, high-functioning team
  • Strong communication skills with both homeowners and colleagues
  • Must align with a core culture of honesty and integrity
  • Comfortable working with and taking direction from a female business owner
  • Must maintain a professional presence on-site, including avoiding smoking in client homes or during customer interactions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full time position
  • Competitive salary at $70,000 to $80,000+ per year, depending on experience
  • Performance bonuses based on project completions
  • Monthly truck allowance
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Please note: No health or retirement benefits are provided at this time
