Looking for a fun summer job in the Rehoboth Beach area? Join the Kings Creek team as a Pool Server, where you'll get to have fun serving poolside in the sun. At Kings Creek, our pool is busy any day of the week and servers are guaranteed 18% gratuity with all sales!

What will you be doing?

• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as arranging table settings and keeping the dining area clean and tidy.
• Portray an enthusiastic and outgoing personality in order to create memories for our members and their guests.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, process payments, and deliver checks.
• Capable of thriving and remaining calm in a high energy and fast-paced work environment.
• Become knowledgeable about Kings Creek menu items and drink recipes.
• Speak to members in a positive and polite way, and answer any questions that may be asked.

What we're looking for:

• Must be 18 years or older to serve tables.
• Experience working in hospitality preferred.
• Maintain a courteous and friendly personality and keep a professional and clean appearance.
• Capable of problem solving and using communication to handle a fast-paced environment in a calm and professional way.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Work required standing and walking for prolonged period of time on a primarily level surface, though occasionally slippery floor.

• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and occasionally lift or move 50-100 lbs.
• Requires communicating with other staff members, which includes talking, hearing and visual acuity sufficient to perform these major functions.
• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
