Description We are looking for a recent graduate join a leading auto consumer warranty firm in Century City. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to grow within the organization while contributing to essential legal and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: + Accurately record and maintain legal documents, case information, and deadlines in docketing systems. + Monitor and track critical dates to ensure compliance with court rules, client requirements, and internal procedures. + Utilize CRM to organized, save, and file important legal documents accurately. + Perform regular audits of docketing data to ensure completeness and accuracy. + Stay up to date on court rules, procedural changes, and docketing best practices. + Manage incoming and outgoing communications related to case status, filings, and deadlines. + Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols.
