As an Event Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of live events, brand activations, and community outreach campaigns. You’ll engage with the public, represent top client brands, and foster strong connections with local businesses and community partners.
Assist with setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination of live events and brand activations
Represent client brands with enthusiasm, professionalism, and excellent customer service
Engage attendees by sharing brand messages and distributing marketing materials
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations
Collect event feedback and help analyze outcomes to improve future campaigns
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field a plus
No prior experience necessary — internships, volunteer roles, or extracurriculars in events or marketing are a bonus
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Weekend and evening availability preferred for event schedules
Passion for community engagement, brand promotion, and public interaction
Outgoing, friendly, and able to connect with diverse audiences
