We are seeking an enthusiastic Promotional Marketing Assistant to join our team in the Pleasanton area. In this entry-level role, you’ll leverage your upbeat personality and natural ability to engage an audience, helping create excitement and raise awareness for our charity partners. As a Promotional Marketing Assistant , you’ll also support the team by assisting with various administrative, advertising, marketing, and sales tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, set up, and execute promotional marketing events designed to raise awareness and increase donations for our charity partners.
Set up promotional displays and manage visual merchandising at each event to ensure an engaging experience.
Assist in the development and implementation of promotional materials to enhance event impact.
Participate in basic fundraising activities to support the charity initiatives.
Maintain relationships with business partners, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and event success.
Requirements:
College degree in sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred, OR
1-2 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, advertising, or a similar field is an asset. Internship experience and previous entry-level roles will also be considered.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, consumers, and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Self-motivated and results-driven , with a focus on achieving goals.
Ability to work some nights and weekends for events and promotions.
Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to schedules and event timelines.
Enthusiastic about customer service , ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and consumers.
A positive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
