Location: Denver, Colorado (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $51,240 - $58,790 per year Description We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing a wide range of events from corporate gatherings to large-scale conferences and social events. Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed event plans, budgets, and timelines for each project.
  • Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.
  • Engage and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates throughout the planning process.
  • Create marketing materials and promotional strategies to effectively market events.
  • Manage event day operations, ensuring all details are executed as planned and addressing any issues that arise on-site.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management related to event planning.
