The Executive Assistant will closely with our executive management team supporting with administrative tasks. An important and large part of the role is to manage and coordinate their calendars. You will work individually but also team up with other assistants when needed. You will also connect with people at all levels across the organization.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field

Experience: Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant from a similar role in fast-phased global organization

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepare and coordinate meetings with ASSA ABLOY’s board of directors
  • Coordinate and manage dynamic calendars
  • Make travel arrangements and all administration that follows
  • Make high level presentations for different audiences
  • Manage invoicing, time reports and travel expenses
  • Create reports and administrative tasks related to finance
  • Plan, arrange and take part in events and conferences

Skill Requirements and Performance Criteria:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Basic IT knowledge to troubleshoot common technical issues and coordinate with IT support
  • Problem-solving skills (anticipating and resolving issues)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Enjoys working on different projects and to collaborate with others
  • English fluency (Spanish & Portuguese a plus)
