Job Description:
As a Fencing and Carpentry Specialist, you'll work on a variety of projects including building and repairing wood, vinyl, chain link and other metal fence applications; installing gates; and executing custom carpentry work like pergolas, decks, and trellises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of fencing
• Build custom wood structures such as gates, pergolas, and decks
• Read and follow project plans and blueprints
• Operate power tools and other equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in fencing, carpentry, or general construction
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Ability to lead a small crew is a plus
