Duties Manage Projects: Create estimates, coordinate timelines, and track materials and job progress.
Support Showroom Operations: Manage showroom hours and presence while leading client consultations.
Lead Client Communications : Be the main point of contact throughout the project, delivering a tailored, positive experience to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
Collaborate : Work closely with scheduling, install, and logistics managers to keep projects running smoothly.
Pursue Growth : Participate in ongoing training and skill-building
Requirements Tech-savvy & adaptable: Comfortable using mobile and desktop tools. Training provided (i.e. Google Workspace, RFMS, Measure Mobile, etc). We're going paperless!
Reliable transportation : Required for job-site visits across Central MD and Southern PA.
Physical capability: Regularly lift and carry product samples in the showroom and on the job-site (typically 10?20 lbs; sometimes up to 50 lbs).
Strong communication & organization : Clear, proactive, and detail-oriented -- you manage multiple projects smoothly.
Relationship sales mindset: You take a consultative, trust-building approach and guide clients with patience and professionalism.
Time management & self-direction : Confidently manage your schedule and balance client needs with daily responsibilities.
Integrity & Accountability: You take ownership of your work, follow through on commitments, and value doing what?s right ? especially when it?s not the easiest route.
