Core Responsibilities:

• Execute Non-Destructive Testing, including Florescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and Pressure Testing.
• Maintain certification standards under the guidance of Level III professionals.
• Skillfully conduct liquid penetrant and chemical etch inspections to identify defects like porosity and cracks, adhering to NAS STD 410 and ASTME 1417 standards.
• Set up and calibrate equipment like ultraviolet devices to assess material content and identify discontinuities per procedural guidelines or verbal directives.
• Educate less experienced team members on advanced FPI techniques.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of one year of FPI inspection experience.
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED from a recognized institution.
• No relocation benefits are offered, but candidates willing to relocate within the US will be considered.
• This role requires compliance with ITAR regulations, restricting applicants to U.S. persons only as defined by ITAR.

Level 2 Trainee Qualifications:

• Similar requirements as above, but with forty hours of classroom training instead of one year of experience.
