Job Description

Our client is looking for an HR Generalist with at least 3 years of solid, progressive experience in Payroll, Leave Administration, Safety/Workers Compensation, and Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee compensation
• Administer leave programs and maintain compliance with applicable laws
• Manage workers' compensation claims and workplace safety initiatives
• Handle employee relations matters, providing support and guidance to staff
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR functions such as payroll, leave administration, safety, and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, in-office environment
