IT Support Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting existing software and hardware systems to resolve issues for our employees. We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Resolve issues for users via email, in person, or through a ticketing system.
• Recommend and implement hardware and software improvements.
• Track and document customer issues and resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a helpdesk and/or onsite environment.
• Excellent Microsoft 365 email and office application skills.
• Associate's degree and/or relevant certifications.
• Ability to build rapport with end-users.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor and appearance.
