As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Solution Architect you will:
Interact with prospects/clients to understand business requirements
Demonstrate Dynamics CRM solution capabilities to the client
Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report
Create solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements
Advise on complex Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on CRM, 3rd parties and customizations
Assist sales and presales teams with preparing proposals, client presentations and support the sale of professional services when necessary
Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
Use proven methodologies to deliver successful projects

Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS or related field
5+ years of solution architect experience working with recent versions of Dynamics CRM Online
5+ years of experience including expertise in Dynamics CRM implementations as well as application deployment and/or distributed system implementation
Hands-on experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide CRM implementation with focus on presales/business development as well as engagement delivery
Deep know-how and proved record of applying CRM in one or more industries, Financial Services and Public Sector preferred
Proven experience in presales activities including Proof of Concepts, Demo, Presentations and positioning in front of C-Level Executives
Ability to envision, architect, and evangelize CRM solutions with clients
An understanding of the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
Proven experience with estimating, scoping, and writing effective SOW’s that set expectations and limit risk
Ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks
Ability to move between high level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves" level of performing all phases of a CRM delivery project
