Job Description
This role is designed for a highly structured and results-oriented individual passionate about driving innovation from concept to market. As the NPI Innovation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional efforts to bring new products and ideas to life while ensuring strategic alignment and operational readiness.
You will act as the bridge between innovation, business stakeholders, and execution teams, ensuring that each initiative is not only visionary but also feasible and grounded in clear business value. A core part of the role includes leading innovation assessments, aligning with stakeholders, presenting concise project updates, and making data-driven decisions to move initiatives forward with speed and clarity.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates with precision, and transforms complexity into actionable outcomes.
As an NPI (New Product Introduction) Innovation Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of innovation projects, from idea to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and go-to-market strategy. Your key focus will be on:
Coordinating and executing innovation assessments to validate feasibility, value, and strategic alignment of new product initiatives.
Managing stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency, alignment, and buy-in at every phase of the project lifecycle.
Leading cross-functional teams through agile and stage-gate processes to meet NPI timelines and deliverables.
Preparing and presenting clear, structured, and actionable project status updates to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Transforming complex project information into concise recommendations to facilitate business decision-making.
Driving a culture of innovation through practical frameworks and structured experimentation.
Proven experience (5+ years) managing innovation, product development, or NPI programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Experience in consumer goods or healthcare industries is a must
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, storytelling, and executive communication.
Ability to conduct structured innovation assessments, including risk analysis, value proposition development, and user validation.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
Exceptional project management and time management skills - you are results-driven and concrete in your actions and reporting.
Familiarity with tools like Ms Project,Power BI, or similar is a plus.
A strategic mindset with the ability to move between vision and execution effortlessly.
