Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite  with our client in Hoffman Estates, IL.  Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Participates and supports Engineering management as part of a team in accomplishing tasks in a variety of areas of responsibility. 
  • Task assignments and daily direction for this position are received from a Senior Assistant Professional within the group.
  • Procurement tasks include placing material orders for engineering projects and office materials as part of a larger team following a common process.
  • Office manager tasks may include stocking of kitchen/office supplies as well as collecting and distributing mail and packages via Shipping & Receiving
  • Traditional Admin tasks include scheduling and setting up meetings, coordinating travel or events, data entry, and general support.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $33.00 /hr

Hours: 40 hrs/week / 1 ST shift

Length: Temp (11 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with accounting & purchasing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Office Admin or Purchasing support.

Preferred Skills:

  • Associate Degree
  • Experience with SAP purchasing tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Good aptitude for working within computer applications like Microsoft Teams and Excel, and ability to learn various unique software tools.
  • Detail orientation.
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously, and take direction.
  • Good interpersonal skills for a front desk job function in an Engineering department.
  • Dynamic team player
  • Timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-through.
  • Detailed accuracy of data entry.
  • Coordination of events.
  • Efficient office management tasks.
