Title: Program Manager - US Army Military Human Resources Support

Location: Remote

Job Summary

Hyperion Biotechnology is seeking a Program Manager to oversee daily operations in support of the U.S. Army's Military Human Resources Support referred to as Personnel Services Delivery Redesign (PSDR) at miliary facilities across the United States and OCONUS locations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field or at least ten years of experience in managing Government projects of similar size and scope
• Experience managing multiple personnel across multiple locations, experience in management of over 100 employees preferred
• Experienced in Government policies and procedures; possess good analytical skills, time management, and be an independent thinker.
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Responsibilities/Tasks

• Manage daily operations of program
• Oversee Quality Control Program
• Provide reports and attend government review meetings
• Oversee training program and train new employees on processes
• Manage personnel and workload to ensure all tasks are met
