Your daily pursuit is welcoming our guests and helping them have the most awesome rafting and fishing experiences possible!

\n\nWhat will your compensation be?:\n

$15.00/hour 

\n\nWhen does this adventure begin?:\n

This role is posted for our spring/summer 2025 season! 

\n\nWhat will you do in this job?:\n

• Greet guests in a welcoming and enthusiastic manner
• Check in all daily rafting trips
• Engage guests – assist with selection and advice in choosing products and information about the Park
• Keep the shop looking great – clean and organize merchandise 
• Handle cash and credit transactions
• Answer phones and provide information to guests and potential guests
• Communicate with Lead Guides via radio with any changes to scheduled trips
• Assist guests with retail purchases
• Engage guests while taking on-river trip photos
• Upload trip photos and assist guests with photo purchases
• Offer guests information about available services, points of interest in the park and surrounding area, and entertainment options
• Balance register and complete cash drop at the end of shifts
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

\n\nWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?:\n

• Previous Front Desk or Retail experience strongly preferred
• Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
• Be willing and able to work solo or as a part of a larger team.
• Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
• Be organized with a great eye for detail
• Be kind to others and always bring your best
• Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
• Be helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile
• Be relaxed, flexible and able to handle a few curve balls
• Be ready to have fun!

Beautiful. You’ll be working in the iconic, unforgettable and inspiring location. Regardless of what your role is with us, you’ll really get the chance to explore and see amazing scenery and wildlife in and around Glacier National Park. 

 

Fun. You'll be meeting team members from across the globe and get to participate in tons of team events. 

Independent. You’ll spend your days in and around our amazing properties.

Remote. Our home is filled with trees, lakes, and blue-bird skies; rather than buildings, freeways, and smog.

 

Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) as required
