Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the retail store , including business development, sales, and customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve store goals and objectives. - Supervise and provide guidance to retail staff, including training, performance evaluations, and professional development. - Manage projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity. - Monitor profit loss statements and take appropriate actions to meet financial targets. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Qualifications

• 5 years warehouse operations
• Irrigation and MUST have Landscaping Knowledge
• MUST HAVE Retail Management experience
• Inventory Management
• Sales Order Process
• Experience Managing Cycle Counts
• Ability to manage trucks for their location, the equipment, the employees, Pay, schedule
