The Opportunity

Seamless.AI is seeking a highly strategic and operationally-minded Senior Human Resources Program Manager to serve as a key resource across both our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams. This hybrid role is ideal for a program leader who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology—driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance the employee experience, optimize recruiting operations, and scale HR programs that support our growing business.

Responsibilities

Program Development & Implementation:

  • Design, launch, and manage scalable HR programs that drive employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires are integrated with purpose and aligned with Seamless.AI's mission, vision, and values.
  • Build and manage programs that support career development, internal mobility, recognition, and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee employee feedback and engagement surveys; analyze results and partner with HR leaders to take action on key insights.
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to increase awareness, adoption, and success of HR programs.

Recruiting Operations:

  • Partner with Recruiting leadership to identify process improvements using applicant tracking system (ATS) data and performance metrics.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline hiring workflows, reduce time-to-fill, and improve recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
  • Own the optimization and administration of recruiting tools, systems, and training programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive projects related to employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent analytics, and content development.
  • Promote best-in-class recruiting practices and training for hiring managers, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.

Project & Change Management:

  • Lead complex cross-functional projects from planning to execution across both HR and Talent Acquisition domains.
  • Create and implement change management strategies that support adoption and long-term impact of new programs, systems, and processes.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans that keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout all project stages.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as a strategic partner to HR business partners, recruiting leads, department heads, and executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations to support program rollout and success.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR and recruiting policies, programs, tools, and compliance practices.

Data & Metrics Analysis:

  • Track and report on key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys to assess workplace satisfaction and identify trends in retention.
  • Leverage data insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve programs.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Benefits Strategy & Employee Support:

  • Support and manage key benefit programs, including employee education, plan inquiries, and open enrollment activities.
  • Develop and maintain standardized procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across benefits processes.
  • Create and deliver communication materials to improve employee understanding and engagement with the company's benefits offerings.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to evaluate benefit effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Skillset
  • Proven success in HR or Talent Acquisition program management roles, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong project management and change leadership skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employee experience strategy, and recruiting operations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.), and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Education & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR program management, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
