Your role and responsibilities

As a senior managing SAP consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner responsible for selling, leading, and implementing SAP solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating to solve complex business problems using deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent, along with related work products.

You will work on projects that integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to boost effectiveness, reduce costs, and enhance shareholder value. You will also participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development. There are opportunities for skill development, cross-disciplinary work, new challenges, and gaining industry insights.

Your primary responsibilities include:

1. Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions that prioritize simplicity, scalability, and maintainability to meet client needs.
2. Team Delivery Leadership: Managing high-performing SAP consulting teams to ensure timely, within-budget, and quality deliverables.
3. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Engaging in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging functional SAP expertise and industry best practices with the latest technologies.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

• SAP Configuration Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP SD, including at least five end-to-end implementations as a Consultant or Solution Architect.
• SAP Process Knowledge: Multiple SAP certifications, expertise in various SAP modules, and ability to integrate them for end-to-end solutions, especially in supply chain processes.
• SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments.
• Leadership & Project Management: Skills in project planning, resource management, and ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and quality.
• AI & Cybersecurity: Familiarity with AI models in SAP implementations, cybersecurity, and data privacy principles.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience with Cloud Platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Agile project management.
