We began operations in the year 2012, our first stepping stone in the world of facilities management, soon scaled to take on larger commercial buildings, our second milestone. This was an opportunity to strengthen our approach and also set the stage to become a niche IFM services provider. March 2020, our third and most important milestone where we formally registered the company and christened ourselves as “Nanya Services LLP.”

Today, we manage over half a million square feet of spaces across commercial, experience centres and residential societies, further giving us the platform to create a niche in this massive, evergreen and high demand realty services segment.
