Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Creating UPS labels.
• Printing Labels.
• Responsible for QA/QC sheets.
• Printing Certificates of Disposal (CDs).
• Mailing out manifests and CDs to customers.
• Filing of manifests.
• Printing and filing of profiles.
• 2nd backup of receiving inbound loads.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience providing administrative support, including Hazardous/Non-Hazardous waste, generating reports, and some DOT, EPA & OSHA experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in transportation and logistics services.
• Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be willing and able to work in a team and fast passed environment.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
