We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (36 hours/week). This role offers a unique opportunity to provide one-on-one patient care in the comfort of their homes while enjoying a consistent three-day workweek.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• RN licensed in Pennsylvania.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience. (Home Health, Med/Surg, or Critical Care preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certified.
