This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin and will be based in Los Angeles/Orange County. As a key member of the leadership team, this executive will oversee infrastructure, security, and data management initiatives aligned with the organization’s long-term goals. IT Director - Supermarket | Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary with executive bonus structure Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization IT Director - Supermarket | Requirements Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin required Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Technology and Security leadership At least 5 years in an executive-level role within a supermarket, grocery retail, or consumer-driven business Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop IT teams at all levels Strong background in infrastructure management, security protocols, and emerging technology integration Familiarity with HTML5, ES6/7, TypeScript, React, Vue, and React Native IT Director - Supermarket | Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee IT and Information Security strategies that support business growth and operational stability Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and AI integration projects Design and maintain secure, scalable IT infrastructure tailored to supermarket and e-commerce environments Identify, evaluate, and manage technology vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-performance solutions Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and department heads to align technology initiatives with business objectives Manage risk mitigation strategies, disaster recovery plans, and ongoing system optimization Build and sustain a high-performing IT team through ongoing leadership development and succession planning initiatives At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
