Job Description

You will report directly to the Senior Director of National Programs and Military Space and you'll work out of the Clearwater, FL or Glendale, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the strategic direction of military space initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency while managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Lead and manage military space programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. + Lead engagements with customers to shape product offerings, develop new business, and maintain awareness of market trends. + Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and other stakeholders to develop and implement program strategies. + Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones. YOU MUST HAVE + Proven experience in program management within the space industry. + Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and drive project success. + Knowledge of inertial products, momentum control technologies, and onboard processing/computing. + Knowledge of US Government and International government (FVEY) mission needs and procurement processes. + Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Top Secret clearance.
