Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to develop and manage customer accounts within Dallas County, TX, and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for an individual with a background in tires or automotive service, who thrives in an outside sales environment and is comfortable with regional travel.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, visit, and grow a base of independent tire dealers, repair shops, and automotive service centers
• Use a multi-pronged sales approach: cold calling, pre-arranged appointments, and on-the-fly
• Represent Weldon Tire professionally and build trust with accounts through consistency and responsiveness
• Proactively manage customer accounts and customer service needs
• Track and report on customer activity, market trends, and sales performance using company KPI tools
• Periodic travel to expand business, develop relationships, and finalize business matters

Requirements:

• Clean, valid driver's license, and comfortable with frequent travel
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of outside sales experience (B2B or route sales preferred)
• Experience or strong familiarity with the tire or automotive industry is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
